Challenge
A Bangkok family with several rooms of inherited furniture, ceramics, and personal effects had no written record of what existed. When a family member abroad asked for a list of the contents, no one could produce one.
Solution
Vellumate spent two full days at the property photographing and describing each item. A structured inventory was produced, cross-referenced against rooms, and delivered as both a spreadsheet and a PDF.
Outcome
The completed inventory covered 143 individual items. The family was able to share it with relatives in three different cities within a week of handover. Duration: approximately three weeks from initial enquiry to delivery.
Challenge
An individual in Sukhumvit inherited several boxes of documents from their late father — land title records, correspondence, bank statements, and personal photographs — with no organisation at all.
Solution
The project was scoped after a preliminary review of the volume of documents. Four scanning visits were scheduled over two months, working through the collection systematically with a consistent naming structure.
Outcome
Over 800 documents scanned and archived in a structured folder system. A written index was included. Files delivered on a personal drive. The client noted it was now possible to locate any document within a few seconds.
